What is Picture Prompt Challenge?

Pour out your emotions and gratitude in a poem about the given picture. The winning poem shall be featured in the next issue of Sharing Stories Magazine along with a prize.

The love of nature or is it the longing for the solitude in deep woods? This beautifully done, hand painted picture by Anjana  Kamal is your muse for this month in #picturepoetryprompt.

Let your imagination soar through this image and pen down your thoughts in the form of a poem.

Guidelines

• Only one entry per person.
• Previously published work is not eligible for the contest.
• Last date of submission – 15th August 2020
• Lines limit – The poem should be written in a maximum of 15 lines.
• Send your entry to (share@sharingstories.in) in a word document, along with your name, mobile number,  a picture of you and a bio (3-4 lines) in third person.
• Prize will be only delivered within India. Though Winning entries outside India will be featured.
• Share the link of this page on your Social Media and tag #Sharingstorieslive and #sharingstorieswritingcontest
