~Do you want to read some never seen stories for children? Here's something brand new and interesting. Kavya's Bag of Short Stories is a collection of 7 brand new fiction short stories which are- The Magic Tree, The Moon Man, The Rainbow Unicorn, The Innocent Dragon, The Poor Fisherman, The Talking Specs, The Magical Mirror. Each story is set in different plots with different characters. It is exactly what the title suggests- A unique collection of best fiction stories kids have never read and heard before. ~It's written in really simple words and in simple structured sentences that are easy to understand, for kids. All the stories are fresh and new and something different from the regular stories like Akbar Birbal, Tenali Rama type stories. Each story has some moral to it(ps: it's good for moral development right from an early age) and it's good for language development too. Win-win. ~The stories are all very magical and interesting. The words are simple and easy to understand. The storyline is simple yet thoughtful. The font was pretty huge from normal novel types so that it will be easy if a kid wants to read it himself/herself/themselves. I just wished there were some more pictures, colored, to make it more engaging for the younger kids. ~I would recommend this book to every child who is fond of listening to or reading new stories. It's actually refreshing for grownups too. ~Before reading the book, I didn't know that the writer is just 9 years old. Really appreciative!! I wonder how she got the inspiration to write these stories at such a young age. The fact that this book is written by a 9-year-old.. I mean it's really inspiring to me all the kids reading her stories. I wish good luck to the little writer for her future.
