Yotribe is vibrant, global community of teenagers from around the world. Yotribe empowers Gen-Next with 21st century life-skills and prepares them for success at the workplace and life. It enables them to dream big and achieve those dreams!

Yotribe has created a PEPS (Personalised, Experiential, Playful, and Social) learning space for community members to discover and develop their own ‘superpowers’! Members gain access to a treasure trove of workshops, talks, certificate courses and discussions that help build critical life skills and mindset to lead a happy and purposeful life.

Yotribe is a movement, a revolution to reimagine education.  So whether the youngsters are studying at school, college, home, at alternative education paths or even taking a gap year, our courses available at YoAcademy, will prepare them- the youth of today, to create the world of tomorrow.

The skills we aim to develop in youngsters are: Critical thinking and problem solving Initiative and self-reliance Flexibility and adaptability Future orientation Communication and collaboration Opportunity recognition Creativity and innovation Comfort with risk

Yotribe is open to 12 to 19 year olds from around the world. Joining Yotribe is completely free.

Our Programs: –

– YOPRENEURS: Mini Company Program. This is a 100 hour certificate program, where teenagers launch and manage their very own startup ventures!

– EMPOWER: Entrepreneurship Tinkering Program In this 3 week certificate program, teenagers generate startup ideas, create a business plan, and pitch them to real entrepreneurs

– INNOVATE: Design Thinking Program This 3-day certificate program is a practical, experiential, and fun approach to problem-solving

– INSPIRE: The Art of Personal Branding  This 3-day certificate program is an intensive module defining brand ‘You’, that enables one to recognise their superpowers

– IGNITE: A free Life-Skill workshop Conducted once a week, this workshop introduces Gen-Next to critical competencies required in the realworld. It also give students and parents a sneak-peek into our more intensive programs, conducted year round.

About the Founder

Anshumaan has dabbled in several entrepreneurial ventures, right from his school days.  He completed MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France. Since then, he has worked as a Business Consultant and Startup Coach, guiding several big and small enterprises.  In 2015, Anshumaan initiated Karmyo Foundation, which has provided entrepreneurial and life-skill education to thousands of students in Government schools across India.

A follower of the ‘Vedanta’ philosophy, Anshumaan is often described as the ‘idea man’. He also believes that one could have a great idea or product but the most successful and sustainable organizations are those that are built on their purpose, culture and values – at the very core.

Since December 2020, he is working with a passionate team to launch Yotribe – an online platform to inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and skills in young learners around the globe
