The author is a civil servant belonging to the Assam Civil Service. She was born and brought up in Guwahati, Assam. She resides in Guwahati. After working in different capacities in several districts of Assam, she is presently posted in the Education Department. Her hobbies are reading, writing, gardening and listening to music. She is a blogger and blogs at wordpress.com ( sangita2020.in). “Love Impressions” is her first book. It consists of two stories revolving around the theme of love and loss.
